Find 4 things you can touch
Find 3 things you can hear

Peaceful/Safe Place image
In your mind go to your safe/peaceful/happy place. It can real or imagined. Once you are there, look around and notice what you can see, hear, feel (what is the temperature in the environment?), smell, and taste. Spend some time in this place. This can help you calm your system down.
