Individual Therapy
Cypress Counseling Center provides counseling to adult individuals 18 years and older. Most of my clients schedule a standing appointment while others schedule every two weeks or as they go. We meet in-person at my office working through life struggles, family issues, trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, among other things. Clients receive education about how their body is responding to stress and trauma.
